Ditch the Straps

Harley Hauler

First Things First

I would like to say what an amazing company B&W is and how impressed I am regarding how they stand behind their products. When they say lifetime warranty, they mean it.

I recently had one of the rubber inserts come out of 2 of our Biker Bars clamps, we have had these for about 6 years now and they get used on several trips each year.
I had tried gluing them back in a few different ways but they would not stay in.

I sent B&W Support an email asking for a recommendation on how to glue these back in and received this response next business day:

"Thank you for your inquiry.
We do not recommend trying to glue the rubber back onto the biker bar clamps. We can replace your biker bars under warranty, but first, I will need photos of your biker bar clamps that the rubber pads have fallen off and also of the biker bar base. You can reply here at your convenience. Thank you,
"

A few emails back and forth and new biker bar clamps are on their way.
That is first class service, all I can say is if you are considering how to haul your Harley, go with the best... B&W Biker Bar

Quick, Easy, Secure, Safe Hauling of your Harley

Biker Bar install for those considering a strap free way to haul your Harley. Made especially for HD's, wish they had been available when we originally built our CTC, doubt we would have the E-Track on the floor.
We are setup for 3 bikes in our CTC.

3 Bike Setup

When we have only 2 bikes, they are staggered so we can still walk between them.

This can be a simple 1 man/woman install

First thing, these are toe busters when not in use, recommend Installing brackets on the wall up high so they are out of the way when not in use.

When Not in Use

3/8" elevator bolts are used to secure the plates under the trailer.

Installed and Uninstalled View

Run 1 bolt for each plate through the steel cross members under the trailer.

Bolt Through Steel Crossmembers

You can drill the holes for the plate bolt from above once you have the holes to bolt down that biker bar assembly, just turn them over and place on floor, with the 5/8 bolt through the hole, square them up and drill the holes for the hold down plates.

Best advice is use a cordless impact wrench to bolt the assembly down and remove when not in use, makes it quick and easy.
Recommend button head bolts to thread in the holes in the floor when not in use.
